Abstract


Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan literatur yang menggabungkan kutipan dan penelitian dari berbagai sumber mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional dan implikasinya dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menggali pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep kepemimpinan transformasional dan bagaimana praktik ini dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, komitmen karyawan, dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi
