Peer review Process

Articles submitted to the Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia (JIMPK) will be processed through double-blind peer-review, by 2 (two) reviewers. This process aims to increase the accuracy, originality, and value of published research.
Article submission upon submission, the editors will review the eligibility of the article based on the journal guidelines. Articles that do not fit the focus and scope of the journal or do not meet basic writing standards may be rejected without peer review.
Initial review process suitable articles will be reviewed by the lead editor to ensure originality and appropriateness to the journal topic. After that, the article will be allocated to two expert peer reviewers in related fields for more in-depth evaluation. Revision by authors based on the comments and suggestions of the peer reviewers, authors will be asked to revise their articles.
Final decision once all revisions have been completed and the reviewers have given their approval, the editor will make the final decision regarding acceptance of the article. Accepted articles will be processed for publication.

Artikel yang masuk ke Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia (JIMPK) akan diproses melalui proses double-blind peer-review oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Proses ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi, orisinalitas, dan nilai penelitian yang dipublikasikan.
Penyerahan artikel setelah artikel diterima, editor akan meninjau kelayakan artikel berdasarkan pedoman jurnal. Artikel yang tidak sesuai dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup jurnal atau tidak memenuhi standar penulisan dasar dapat ditolak tanpa penelaahan sejawat.
Proses peninjauan awal artikel yang memenuhi syarat akan ditinjau oleh editor utama untuk memastikan keaslian dan kesesuaian dengan topik jurnal. Setelah itu, artikel akan dialokasikan kepada dua orang mitra bestari yang ahli di bidang terkait untuk evaluasi yang lebih mendalam. Revisi oleh penulis berdasarkan komentar dan saran dari mitra bestari, penulis akan diminta untuk merevisi artikel mereka.
Keputusan akhir setelah semua revisi selesai dan para peninjau telah memberikan persetujuan mereka, editor akan membuat keputusan akhir mengenai penerimaan artikel. Artikel yang diterima akan diproses untuk diterbitkan.
