Pengaruh Pemberian Dedak Padi Hasil Fermentasi Ragi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis)

Abstract


The objective of this study was to determine the effect of fermented rice bran using Saccharomyces cerevisiae, mixed with Nannocloropsis sp. fed to rotifera on the growth of rotifera. This research was conducted at Brachishwater Aquaculture Development Center (BPBAP) Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar on October 2016. This study used the non factorial Completely Randomized Design with six treatments and four repetitions. The treatments were namely ;A (Nannochloropsis sp), B (Nannochloropsis sp + fermented rice bran 25 mg/L), C (Nannochloropsis sp + fermented rice bran 50 mg/L), D (Nannochloropsis sp + fermented rice bran 75 mg/L), E (Nannochloropsis sp + fermented rice bran 100 mg/L), F (Nannochloropsis sp + fermented rice bran 125 mg/L), the result of ANOVA showed the fermented rice bran mixed with Nannocloropsis sp. fed to rotifera gave the significant effect on the growth of rotifera (P<0,05). The highest growth of rotifera was obtained at treatment B with the density value was 558 ind/ml.

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dedak padi hasil fermentasi ragi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) yang dicampur dengan Nannochloropsis sp. sebagai pakan rotifera terhadap pertumbuhan rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 di Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 6 taraf perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Dengan masing-masing perlakuan yaitu, A (Nannochloropsis sp), B (Nannochloropsis sp + dedak padi hasil fermentasi 25 mg/L), C (Nannochloropsis sp + dedak padi hasil fermentasi 50 mg/L), D (Nannochloropsis sp + dedak padi hasil fermentasi 75 mg/L), E (Nannochloropsis sp + dedak padi hasil fermentasi 100 mg/L), F (Nannochloropsis sp + dedak padi hasil fermentasi 125 mg/L). Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dedak padi hasil fermentasi ragi dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah populasi rotifera. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan B dengan kepadatan rotifera sebesar 558 ind/ml.
