Analisis dan Mitigasi Risiko Rantai Pasok Kopi Arabika Gayo Menggunakan Metode House of Risk di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Abstract


Abstrak. Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sebagai sentra produksi Kopi Arabika Gayo terbesar di Provinsi Aceh. Oleh karena itu kopi memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat di Aceh Tengah baik sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi petani kopi, sumber devisa negara maupun penyedia lapangan kerja melalui kegiatan pengolahan, pemasaran dan perdagangan Akan tetapi petani Kopi Arabika Gayo sering kali dihadapkan dengan banyak rintangan dan risiko dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis risiko yang paling tinggi dampaknya pada rantai pasok Kopi Arabika Gayo menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 42 kejadian risiko (risk event) dan 37 agen risiko (risk agent), didapat 7 agen risiko dominan. Risiko yang paling tinggi dampaknya pada rantai pasok Kopi Arabika Gayo di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah adalah mutu rendah, perubahan iklim dan cuaca, terkena air hujan, tidak memperhatikan tingkat kematangan buah, panen raya serentak, rendahnya perawatan tanaman kopi dan varietas tidak seragam.

Analysis and Risk Mitigation of the Gayo Arabica Coffee Supply Chain Using the House of Risk Method in Central Aceh District

Abstract. Central Aceh Regency is the largest Gayo Arabica Coffee production center in Aceh Province. Therefore coffee has an important role in the economy of the people in Central Aceh both as a source of income for coffee farmers, a source of foreign exchange and a provider of employment through processing, marketing and trading activities. However, Gayo Arabica Coffee farmers are often faced with many obstacles and risks in run their business. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risks that have the highest impact on the Gayo Arabica Coffee supply chain using the House of Risk (HOR) method. Based on the research results obtained 42 risk events (risk events) and 37 risk agents (risk agents), obtained 7 dominant risk agents. The risks that have the highest impact on the Gayo Arabica Coffee supply chain in Central Aceh District are low quality, climate and weather changes, exposure to rain, not paying attention to the level of fruit maturity, simultaneous harvests, low maintenance of coffee plants and non-uniform varieties.
