Pengaruh Perlakuan Benih Menggunakan Rizobakteri Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Tomat Cherry (Lycopersicum esculentum var. Cerasiforme)

Abstract


Abstrak. Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum var. Cerasiforme) ialah salah satu jenis tanaman buah yang sangat digemari khalayak karena memiliki banyak kandungan gizi yang baik  bagi  kesehatan  tubuh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan 1 Fakultas Pertanian dan Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian dimulai pada bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Terdapat 24 kombinasi perlakuan yang berbeda dalam percobaan ini, yang menggunakan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan 8 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Variabel yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, berat buah per tanaman, diameter buah, dan jumlah buah. Perlakuan jenis Rizobakteri berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman 15, 30 dan 45 HST, berat buah per tanaman, jumlah buah keseluruhan dan potensi hasil.  Tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata pada parameter diameter batang 15, 30, 45 HST dan diameter buah. Pemberian jenis Rizobakteri terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan LDG 3/1 (R2) yang mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, jumlah buah keseluruhan dan hasil tanaman.

 Effect of Seed Treatment Using Rhizobakteri on the Growth and Production of Cherry Tomato Plants (Lycopersicum esculentum var. Cerasiforme)

Abstract. Tomatoes ( Lycopersicum esculentum var. Cerasiforme) are a kind of fruit plant which is very favored by the community as it has plenty health nutrients that are good for the body. Experimental Garden 1 served as the setting for this study, Faculty of Agriculture and Laboratory on Herb Science as well as Seed Technology of Syiah Kuala University. This research start May to September 2022. In research use non-factorial Randomize Group (RAK) with 8 treatments and 3 replications, so there were 24 treatment combinations. The observed variables were plant growth, stem diameter, fruit weight per plant, fruit maturity, overall weight. Treatment of Rhizobacteria types showed a highly significant impact on the parameters of plant growth at 15, 30 and 45 HST, fruit yield per plant, total fruit weight and yield potential. However, it did not affect the trunk diameter parameters age of 15, 30, 45 HST and diameter. The best Rhizobacterial species was found in the LDG 3/1 (R2) treatment which increased plant height, fruit mass per plant, total fruit number and production potency.
