Indeks Nilai Penting dan Keanekaragaman Jenis Vegetasi Mangrove di Pesisir Utara Aceh Besar (Importance Value and vegetation Diversity Indeks Mangroves on the North Coasth of Aceh Besar)

Abstract


Abstrak. Wilayah Pesisir Utara Aceh Besar memiliki kekayaan jenis vegetasi mangrove yang terdapat di kawasan ini. Saat ini data indeks nilai penting dan keanekaragaman jenis vegetasi di Aceh Besar khususnya di Pesisir Utara Aceh Besar sedikit tersedia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling.  menurut pengamatan yang dilakukan di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada kawasan pesisir utara Aceh Besar, jumlah jenis mangrove yang ditemukan yaitu 8 jenis Avicennia marina, Aegiceras corniculatum, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Excoecaria agallocha, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophira mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa dan Xylocarpus granatum. Dalam penelitian ini nilai INP paling tinggi yaitu spesies Rhizophora mucronata pada kategori pancang yaitu 224,29%.

Abstract. The North Coast region of Aceh Besar has a wealth of mangrove vegetation species found in this area. Currently there is little data on the importance value index and the diversity of vegetation types in Aceh Besar, especially on the North Coast of Aceh Besar. This research method uses purposive sampling method. according to observations made at the study site. Based on research conducted in the northern coastal area of Aceh Besar, the number of mangrove species found was 8 species of Avicennia marina, Aegiceras corniculatum, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Excoecaria agallocha, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophira mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa and Xylocarpus granatum. In this study, the highest INP value was Rhizophora mucronata species in the sapling category, namely 224.29%.
