Pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Rantai Pasok Sayur-Sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh

Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap rantai pasok sayur-sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Februari tahun 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan, wawancara langsung dengan pedagang dan konsumen yang berada di Pasar Induk Lambaro, Pasar Al-Mahirah, Pasar Keutapang, Pasar Seutui, Pasar Ulee Kareng dan Pasar Rukoh. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi lainnya. Metode pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling (secara sengaja) untuk pedagang dan metode accidental sampling untuk konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 responden pedagang yang terdiri atas: 3 pedagang besar, 3 pedagang grosir, dan 4 pedagang pengecer serta 10 orang konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok sayur-sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh mendapat gangguan akibat hadirnya Pandemi Covid-19, diantaranya perilaku konsumen, permintaan dan persediaan, sedangkan sumber produk dan harga tidak mendapat pengaruh oleh hadirnya Pandemi Covid-19.

The Effect of The Covid-19 Pandemic on Supply Chain Vegetables in The City of Banda Aceh

Abstract. This study aims to knowing the effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the supply chain of vegetables in Banda Aceh city. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations, direct interview with traders and consumers in the Bersehati market. Secondary data were collected and obtained from employees in the Lambaro, Al-Mahirah, Keutapang, Seutui, Ulee Kareng, and Rukoh Markets. The sampling method was carried out using the snowball sampling method (deliberately) and accidental sampling for consumer. Number of sample used in this study was taken 10 respondents divided into 3 big trader, 3 wholesaler, 3 retailers, and 4 consumers. The results showed that the supply chain of vegetables in Banda Aceh City was disrupted due to the presence of the Covid-19 Pandemic, including consumer behavior, demand and supply, while product sources and prices were not affected by the presence of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
