Pengaruh Pemberian Bahan Organik, Tingkat Kekeringan dan NPK terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench)
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan organik, tingkat kekeringan dan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan sorgum. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca II, Laboratorium Hortikultura dan Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih dimulai dari bulan Januari – Mei 2022. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak – Petak Terbagi (RPPT) RAK faktorial 3 x 2 x 2 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama media tanam sebagai petak utama, terdiri dari 3 taraf (Tanah, Kompos dan Biochar). Faktor kedua kekeringan sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari 2 taraf (50% kapasitas lapang dan 100% kapasitas lapang). Faktor ketiga dosis pupuk NPK sebagai anak – anak petak, terdiri dari 2 taraf (600 kg.ha-1 dan 750 kg.ha-1). Dilakukan uji DNMRT (Duncan New Multiple Range Test) jika parameter menunjukkan pengaruh. Berdasarkan penelitian pemberian kompos dan biochar 10 t.ha-1 pada tingkat kekeringan 50% dengan pemupukan 600 kg.ha-1 menjadi 750 kg.ha-1 mampu meningkatkan penambahan jumlah daun.
Effect of Organic Matter, Drought and NPK on Growth of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench)
Abstract. This study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of sorghum to the type of planting media and NPK fertilization under drought stress conditions. This research was conducted in Greenhouse II, Horticulture Laboratory and Germination Science and Technology Laboratory from January – May 2022. The design used was a factorial divided plot - plot design (RPPT) of 3 x 2 x 2 RAK with 3 replications. The first factor is the planting medium as the main plot, consisting of 3 levels (Soil, Compost and Biochar). The second factor was drought as a sub-plot which consisted of 2 levels (50% field capacity and 100% field capacity). he third factor was the dose of NPK fertilizer as sub – sub plots, consisting of 2 levels (600 kg.ha-1 and 750 kg.ha-1). The DNMRT (Duncan New Multiple Range Test) test is performed if the parameters show an effect. Based on the research, giving compost and biochar 10 t.ha-1 at 50% drought level with fertilization from 600 kg.ha-1 to 750 kg.ha-1 was able to increase the number of leaves
