Pengaruh Perlakuan Benih Menggunakan PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) Terhadap Perkecambahan Benih Kedelai (Glycine max. Merril) Kadaluarsa

Abstract


Abstrak. Benih kedelai adalah benih yang tidak mengalami dormansi sehingga selama penyimpanannya benih kedelai cepat mengalami kemunduran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan benih menggunakan PGPR terhadap perkecambahan benih kedelai kadaluarsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan faktor yang diteliti yaitu 17/1jenis rizobakteri yang terdiri dari Acetinobacter sp., Azotobacter sp., Necersia Sp, Pseudomonas capacia, Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas diminuta, Bacillus bedius, Bacillus laterosporus, Bacillus larvae, Bacillus alvei, Flavobacterium sp., Bacillus coagulan, Bacillus firmus, Bacillus polymixa, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus stearothermophillus dan 1 tanpa diberikan perlakuan rizobakteri (kontrol). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perlakuan benih menggunakan PGPR berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua tolok ukur viabilitas dan tolok ukur vigor. Flavobacterium sp. dan B.Polymyxa mampu menghasilkan nilai potensi tumbuh maksimum tertinggi yaitu 91,67 % dan Flavobacterium sp. mampu menghasilkan1daya berkecambah tertinggi1sebesar 88,33 %. sedangkan B.licheniformis mampu menghasilkan rata rata indeks vigor tertinggi yaitu sebesar 65,33%.

Seed Treatment Using PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) On The Expiry OF Soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill ) Seed Germination

                                                

Abstract. Soybean seeds are seeds that do not experience a dormancy period so that during storage, soybean seeds quickly decline. This study aims to determine the effect of seed treatment using PGPR on the germination of expired soybean seeds. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with the factors studied were 17 types of rhizobacteria consisting of Acetinobacter sp., Azotobacter sp., Necersia Sp, Pseudomonas capacia, Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas diminuta, Bacillus bedius, Bacillus laterosporus, Bacillus larvae, Bacillus alvei, Flavobacterium sp., Bacillus coagulan, Bacillus firmus, Bacillus polymixa, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus stearothermophillus and 1 without treatment with rhizobacteria (control). The results showed that seed treatment using PGPR had a very significant effect on all viability and vigor benchmarks. Flavobacterium sp. and B.Polymyxa were able to produce the highest maximum growth potential value of 91.67% and Flavobacterium sp. able to produce the highest germination capacity1 of 88.33%. while B. licheniformis was able to produce the highest average vigor index of 65.33%.
