Studi Gerak Operator pada Pengoperasian Trailer Tipe Konvensional untuk Traktor Roda Dua Jenis Roda Sangkar di Lahan Sawit
Abstract
Abstrak : Traktor roda dua dapat digunakan sebagai alat transportasi di lahan pertanian, tetapi jarang digunakan karena masih terdapat permasalahan pada saat pengoperasiaannya. Sulitnya pengoperasian traktor yang digandengkan dengan trailer karena keterbatasan operatornya, serta sulitnya pengendalian stang pada saat lintasan berbelok. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis gerak dan postur operator pada pengoperasian trailer konvensional menggunakan roda sangkar di lahan sawit yang diperlukan untuk meminimalkan resiko kerja. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan rekaman video operator pada saat pengoperasian traktor dan trailer dengan berbagai kemiringan lahan, muatan serta lintasan lurus atau belok. Hasil yang diperoleh secara umum menunjukkan bahwasanya analisis SAG (selang alami gerakan) mendapatkan hasil bahwasannya bagian tubuh operator yang berisiko cedera yaitu pada tubuh bagian atas (upper limbs) yang meliputi tangan, lengan bawah, dan lengan atas dan tubuh bagian bawah (lower limbs) yang meliputi paha, lutut, betis, dan kaki.
Kata Kunci : SAG, trailer konvensional dan traktor roda dua.
Abstract : Two-wheel tractors can be used as a means of transportation on agricultural land, but are rarely used because there are still problems when operating them. The difficulty of operating a tractor coupled with a trailer is due to the limitations of the operator, as well as the difficulty of controlling the handlebar when the track turns. This study aims to analyze the motion and posture of the operator in the operation of conventional trailers using cage wheels on oil palm land which is needed to minimize work risks. Data were collected using questionnaires and video recordings of operators during the operation of tractors and trailers with various slopes, loads and straight or turn trajectories. The results obtained in general show that the ROM analysis (Range Of Motion) results that the operator's body parts that are at risk of injury are the upper limbs which include the hands, forearms, and upper arms and lower limbs. which includes the thighs, knees, calves, and feet.
