Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) Pada Kondisi Stres Air, Dosis Pupuk Organik Dan Temperatur Yang Berbeda
Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat stress air, dosis bahan organik dan temperatur serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca 2 Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berlangsung dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Petak-Petak Terpisah (Split-Split Plot) pola rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial (3x2x2) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu kekeringan yang terdiri dari 3 taraf (tanpa stres air, stres air fase vegetatif, stres air fase reproduktif). Dosis pupuk organik terdiri atas 2 taraf (20 ton perhektar dan 40 ton perhektar). Temperatur terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu (temperatur rendah (320C-340C) dan temperatur tinggi (370C-390C)) rata-rata pada tengah hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya interaksi antara stres air, pemupukan organik dan temperatur terhadap rasio akar tajuk. Pada suhu tinggi pemberian bahan organik 40 tha-1 dapat mengurangi pengaruh negatif stres air pada berbagai fase tumbuh tanaman padi. Diperlukan pengaturan waktu tanam, manajemen pengelolaan bahan organik dan pengairan untuk meningkatkan hasil padi serta mengatasi dampak global warming yang semakin berimbas pada produksi padi.
Growth Response and Yield of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Under Water Stress Conditions, Different Doses of Organic Fertilizer and Temperature
Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of water stress, dose of organic matter and temperature and their interactions on rice growth and yield. This research was carried out at Greenhouse 2, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University which took place from March to June 2021. The design of this study used a split-split plot factorial randomized block design (RAK) (3x2x2) with 3 replications. The factors studied were drought which consisted of 3 levels (without water stress, vegetative phase water stress, reproductive phase water stress). The dose of organic fertilizer consists of 2 levels (20 tons per hectare and 40 tons per hectare). The temperature consists of 2 levels, namely (low temperature (320C-340C) and high temperature (370C-390C) on average at noon. The results showed an interaction between water stress, organic fertilization and temperature.organic matter1 can reduce the negative effect of water stress on various phases of rice plant growth. It is necessary to regulate planting season, management of organic matter management and irrigation to increase rice yields and overcome the increasing of global warming impact on rice production.
