Pengaruh Gangguan Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Risiko Rantai Pasok Pada Sub-Sistem Pemasok Kopi Arabika Gayo Dengan Pendekatan Model Sistem Dinamik Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah
Abstract
Coffee is one of the most actively traded agricultural commodities and has a complex supply chain system. There are several coffee-producing areas in Indonesia. Aceh is the largest Arabica coffee producer in Indonesia known as "Gayo Arabica Coffee". The Covid-19 pandemic that has attacked almost all countries in the world has become a new problem in the coffee sector. Samples are selected using census method in which the entire population is used as the object of research, totaling 10 respondents. This study uses the System Dynamic analysis method. The simulation results show that the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic, such as closing export doors and decreasing coffee prices, has no effect on collector supplies. the collector's inventory during normal times until during the Covid-19 pandemic remains at 0. Then during normal times the collector's profit reaches Rp. 15,160,000, in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic the profit for collectors reached Rp. 11,593,000, and at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic the income of collectors decreased significantly by only Rp. 5,715,000.
