PENGARUH PAPARAN ASAP GANJA (Cannabis sativa) TERHADAP PATOLOGI ANATOMI DAN TESTIS TIKUSPUTIH (Rattus novergicus) STRAIN WISTAR

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian paparan asap ganja (Cannabis sativa) terhadap patologi anatomi testis tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) strain Wistar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 24 ekor tikus jantan umur 4-5 bulan, berat badan 180-200 gram yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok 1 sebagai kontrol (P0) yaitu tikus yang tidak diberi paparan asap ganja sedangkan kelompok 2 sebagai perlakuan 1 (P1) yaitu tikus yang diberi paparan asap ganja sekali sehari, kelompok 3 sebagai perlakuan 2 (P2) yaitu tikus yang diberi paparan asap ganja dua kali sehari, kelompok 4 sebagai perlakuan 3 (P3) yaitu tikus yang diberi paparan asap ganja tiga kali sehari. Semua perlakuan dilakukan setiap hari selama 30 hari. Pada hari ke-31 perlakuan, tikus dieuthanasi dan diambil testis kanan untuk dilihat patologi anatomi dan morfometri. Data patologi anatomi (warna, konsistensi, dan bentuk) di analisis secara deskriptif sedangkan morfometri (berat, panjang, diameter, dan volume) testis dianalisis dengan analisis of variance (ANOVA) pola satu arah dan dilanjutkan dengan uji berganda Duncan. Hasil pengamatan patologi anatomi pada kelompok perlakuan paparan asap ganja terlihat testis mengalami perubahan warna menjadi merah kecoklatan dan bentuk menjadi lebih kecil. Rata-rata  berat, panjang, diameter dan volume testes pada kelompok perlakuan paparan asap ganja menurun secara sangat nyata (P<0,01) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan pemberian paparan asap ganja dapat menyebabkan perubahan patologi anatomi (warna dan bentuk) dan dapat menurunkan morfometri (berat, panjang, diameter, dan volume) testis tikus putih strain Wistar

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives this research was to know effects of giving marijuana (Cannabis sativa) towards exsperiment of white rat (Rattus novergicus) testis anatomic pathology by a complete complate randomized design of RAL which using 24 male rat aged 4-5 month and weight 180-200 gram was divides into 4 treatment groups. The first group as negative control (P0) which rat not given cannabis satibe while the second group as treatment group (P1) which rat given Cannabis sativa once a day, the third group as treatment group (P2) which rat given Cannabis sativa twice a day, the fourth group as treatment group 3 (P3) which rat given cannabis sativa three times a day, all of treatment carried out every day for 30 days. On day 31 of treatment, the rat in euthanasi and taken right to view of anatomical pathology and morphometry.  Data of anatomical pathology (color, consistency and form) in the analized descriptive, while morphometry (weight, leght, diameter and volume) of the testicles were analized by Analise of varience (ANOVA) One way pattern followed by multiple Duncan test. The result showed that of anatomical pathology group marijuana smoke exposure testicular changes into brownish red color and form become smaller. The avarage weight, long, diameter, and volume testicular in treatment group decrease marijuana smoke exposure were significantly affected (P˂0,01) compared to control group. Conclusion marijuana smoke exposure can changes in anatomical pathology (color and form) and decrease morphometry testes of white rat strain Wistar.
