Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kantor Pelayanan Perizina Terpadu merupakan lembaga daerah yang berfungsi memberikan pelayanan Izin Usaha kepada masyarakat. Namun kondisi pelayanan publik di Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya masih mengecewakan. Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya masih kurang efektif dan efisien dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, dikarenakan pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu belum menerapkan konsep keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Akuntabilitas Birokrasi Pelayanan Administrasi Publik di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh  melalui penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dan informan, sedangkan data kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara membaca buku, skripsi, jurnal dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Publik yang diberikan oleh Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Diharapkan pihak Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal sehingga masyarakat puas dalam menerima pelayanan.

Office of Integrated Services licencing the local institutions is a serves to provide services business license shown to society. But conditions in the Public Service Integrated Licensing Services Office of Aceh Barat Daya district is still disappointing. Performance Employees in the Integrated Licensing Service Office Southwest Aceh District Still Less Effective and efficient workmanship provide services shown to the hearts' of society, due to employees of the Office of Integrated Licensing Services Verifying yet checklists Justice concept. Singer study aims to find out how the review Bureaucratic Accountability in Public Administration Services in Southwest Aceh District. Singer Research using qualitative methods. The through field research and literature. Field research was conducted through interviews and informants, while the literature result do with book How to read, theses, journals and legislation relates with Singer Research. Results showed that the public service that was provided by the Office of Integrated Licensing Services Still Less Effective and efficient process. Expected Integrated Licensing Services Office parties can be to provide maximum service to society satisfed hearts receive services.
