Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Aparatur Pemerintah Di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Abstract

ABSTRAK, Persoalan pelayanan di bidang administrasi masyarakat selalu mewarnai dinamika hubungan antara masyarakat dan pemerintah. Masyarakat akan merasa puas apabila kebutuhannya dapat dipenuhi oleh pemerintah dan akan kecewa bila pemerintah tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelayanan publik di dengan aturan yang berlaku serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Darussalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan mengenai Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Aparatur Pemerintah di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar, data yang digunakan yaitu dari hasil wawancara dengan informan, teori-teori, maupun dokumen perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Camat Darussalam belum sepenuhnya efektif, hal ini terlihat dari kedisiplinan pegawai yang disebabkan karena kurangnya akuntabilitas dari individu pegawainya. Selain itu, pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Darussalam belum sesuai dengan Undang-Undang dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

Analysis of a Mandatory Publik Service of Public Servant In The Subdstrict Office of Darussalam District Aceh Besar

ABSTRACT, The issue of service in the field of community administration always colors the dynamics of the relationship between the community and the government. The community will be satisfied if their needs can be met by the government and will be disappointed if the government cannot meet those needs. This study aims to determine the suitability of public services in accordance with applicable rules and the obstacles encountered in public services in the Darussalam District Office. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes the Performance Analysis of Public Service Performance of Government Apparatuses in Darussalam District of Aceh Besar District, the data used are the results of interviews with informants, theories, and legal documents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the performance of employees working in the Darussalam Sub-District Office has not been fully effective; this can be seen from employee discipline caused by lack of accountability from individual employees. In addition, public services in the Darussalam Sub-District Office have not been in accordance with the established laws and procedures.
