PENGARUH ALOKASI ANGGARAN DANA OTONOMI KHUSUS SEKTOR PENDIDIKAN, KESEHATAN, DAN INFRASTRUKTUR DALAM PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI ACEH
Abstract
Abstract
This study aims to examine the implications of the allocation of special autonomy fund budgets
during the period of 2008-2021 towards critical sectors, namely education, health, and
infrastructure, as well as its impact on poverty mitigation in the province of Aceh. This research
was conducted within the region of Aceh and employed a multiple linear regression analysis
method that integrates time series and cross-sectional data models. Data processing was
conducted utilizing the Eviews 12 software. Empirical findings from this research affirm that the
allocation of special autonomy funds directed towards the education and infrastructure sectors
contributes positively and significantly to addressing poverty levels within the area. However, a
similar allocation intended for the health sector demonstrates a significant and negative impact
on poverty-related concerns. These findings carry implications that, in an isolated framework, the
allocation of special autonomy funds across these three sectors substantially plays a role in
supporting efforts to reduce poverty rates in the province of Aceh.
