Abstract


ABSTRACT

            This study aims determine the effect of retail brand personality amd self congruity on store loyalty. The sample used in this study that consumer Indomaret in Banda Aceh.

            This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique. The method  of analysis linear regresion is used as a method of analysis to determine effect of the variable involved. The results of this study indicate that retail brand personality and self congruity signoficant effect to store loyalty on consumer Indomaret in Banda Aceh.
