Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the East Aceh Regional Financial Management Agency. The sample used in this study amounted to 137 employees of the East Aceh Regional Financial Management Agency. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the test results obtained, the research results are intrinsic motivation, workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Intrinsic motivation and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then, based on the results of the mediation test with the sobel test, it was found that job satisfaction partially mediated the influence between intrinsic motivation and workload on employee performance in employees of the East Aceh Regional Financial Management Agency.
