Pengaruh Motivasi dan Loyalitas Wisatawan terhadap Minat Berkunjung di Agrowisata Kota Batu

Abstract


Agritourism is a form of tourism that involves visitors in activities related to agriculture, plantations, and other agro activities. A tourist city that has a lot of agritourism is Batu City in East Java. The number of agritourism places creates competition and visitor loyalty becomes important to maintain agritourism places. Tourist loyalty can be influenced by good experience quality and tourist satisfaction during visits to agritourism. In addition, tourist motivation to visit agritourism also affects loyalty. This study was conducted to assess the relationship between loyalty attractions and tourist destinations and to assess the effect of motivation on visitor loyalty to agritourism in Batu City. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses a five-point likert scale measurement scale. Testing using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Using a questionnaire via Google Form, 314 respondents were obtained. The results of this study are that motivation by pull factors does not affect satisfaction, however push factors affect satisfaction. Motivation affects the experience quality. Experience quality also has an effect on satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction affects loyalty. Furthermore, loyalty to attractions affects destination loyalty
