Abstract


This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use through Trust in Decisions to Use (QRIS) on Gen Z Students in Pekanbaru City. The population in this research are students at universities in Pekanbaru City who belong to Generation Z. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the research results. To test the hypothesis in this study using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis tool with the help of the Smart-PLS ver. 4.0. Sampling used the Ferdinand formula, where this research used a sample size of 135 students belonging to generation Z at universities in Pekanbaru City. The research results show that: 1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on trust, 2) Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on trust, 3) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use, 4) Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use, 5) Trust has a positive and significant influence on decisions to use, 6) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on decisions to use through trust, 7) Perception of ease of use has a positive and significant influence on decisions to use through trust.
