Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zainal Abidin Banda Aceh
Abstract
This study aims to measure the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Life Balance on Nurse Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. Zainal Abidin Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research was RSUDZA nurses in Banda Aceh, totaling 285 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this research is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the results of the analysis, it was identified that Emotional Intelligence, Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction had a significant effect on Nurse Performance. Then Emotional Intelligence and Work Life Balance have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In this research it was also found that Job Satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Work Life Balance on Nurse Performance.
