Pengaruh Job Enrichment dan Job Enlargement terhadap Employee Motivation yang Dimediasi oleh Compensation pada Pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of job enrichment and job enlargement on employee motivation mediated by compensation on employee Ministry of Religion southwest Aceh regency. This research, data collection using a questionnare as an instrument. The The population in this study were all 42 employees of Ministry of Religion southwest Aceh regency. The method used in this study is the census method. Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) is used as an analysis method to determine that influence between the variables involved. Based on the results of the study found that the job enrichment, job enlargement and compensation directly has a significant effect on employee motivation. The results of the study also found that job enrichment and job enlargement directly affect effect on the mediator variable, namely compensation, so that compensation can become a mediator on job enrichment and job enlargement on employee motivation
