Peran Kemudahan Penggunaan sebagai Mediasi pada Pengaruh Praktik E-HRM dan Keunggulan Kompetitif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sektor Pelayanan Publik di Surakarta

Abstract


The influence of E-HRM Practices and Competitive Advantages on the Performance of Employees in the Public Service Sector in Surakarta is examined in this study, with a focus on the role of ease of use as a mediator. 126 respondents were included in the study's sample through the use of purposive sampling methods. With the use of SMART PLS 3.0 software, the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was utilized as the analytical technique in this work. The analysis's findings demonstrated that: ease of use is positively and significantly impacted by competitive advantage; employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by E-HRM practices; and ease of use is positively and significantly impacted by E-HRM practices. Employee performance is positively impacted by competitive advantages, and the relationship between E-HM Practice and competitive advantage and employee performance can be mediated by ease of use. The implementation of E-HRM techniques in the workplace is more user-friendly for employees. Their competitive advantage will help them perform better in reaching the organization's objectives.
